libcrypt-random-source-perl software package provides get weak or strong random data from pluggable sources, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcrypt-random-source-perl
libcrypt-random-source-perl is installed in your system.
